Under The Sun
A physicist inextricably associated with nuclear energy.
Physicist. Advocate for nuclear power. Father of the hydrogen bomb. Edward Teller was an influential and controversial Hungarian-American physicist of the 20th century. A member of the Hungarian conspiracy, he famously helped convince Albert Einstein to lend his name to an effort to convince the American leadership that a program to build the world’s first atomic bomb was necessary. Teller later worked in the Manhattan Project with Richard Feynman. For the rest of his life, Teller was a staunch advocate of both nuclear power and nuclear armament, the latter of which made him the inspiration for Dr. Strangelove.
The PCs met him while he was on guard duty at the Gate of Worlds in the Astral Sea. Probably.
